Today, Big Luck gives a chance at reroll. In the linked thread below, players have been passionate about whether the bonus should be permanent or temporary.

The Proposal
Make Big Luck permanent and annual. A user will only wait one year maximum for to acquire the item. This rewards long term players and it only takes a maximum of one year to become a "fully vested" player.
Continue with the theme of offering platinum vanity items that map to elixirs. For example, for Easter provide a "bunny ears" vanity which includes the same effect as a speed potion elixir.
As players can only wear one vanity item at a time they can choose their effect. Over the course of a year, a player could acquire, for platinum, one of each type.
This also maps to current vanity items which offer armor.
Admittedly, while the devil is in the details (opportunity cost of P sales to STS for elixirs, not allowing multi-elixirs, not allow stacking with elixirs, possible adjustment of armor level on other vanity items, et al.), I thought it was a creative solution.
Feedback appreciated!
Credit to ericthenephew for the idea. (He asked me to post it.)
