Hint at New Mythic Ring?

Has anyone seen the screenshot sneakpeak for the new expansion? In the last screenshot, Remiem has a red ring-like aura at her feet.


Madnex had a theory on this:
1. New Mythic Ring Released
- Mythic Ring gets Orange Aura previously owned by Rendtail's Dragonstone
- Rendtail's Dragonstone gets Red Aura

Thoughts? Opinions?

On a more serious note; stop digressing people! I really wanna see what people think of the new mythic ring. Really love the idea of a ring with an aura that normal people(like me) can afford. Do u reckon this new ring will be f2p farmable. Will they add effects like they added to the mythic pendant which procs different for different classes. Most importantly will this new ring be achieveablr or will it be something as rare and as OP as mythic pendant!

I smell it can be crafted by looting (0.1% chance) a recipe which is dropped by the new boss who can 1 hit everything and players will spam ankh rapidly.

I would agree with the arrival of a mythic ring, but the one shown in the picture is obviously the Rendtail Dragonstone. I noticed that those circles are only used on Arcane items like Kershal and Rendtail's, skill (warrior) and AA. There have been no mythic item that shows a such circle effect yet, correct me if I am wrong.

Yeah I doubt Remi swapped rings for those SS, Zeus. It seems like the red glow happened when she was by those lava piles, perhaps just the coloring changes or reflects different in that spot. And sheesh hope the mythic ring does not have the same ring as the arc one, that would be lame.

I dont think the lvl 46 mythc ring ( if there wil be one) wil be better then arcane ring probebly if a ring wil be bettr then arcane ring wil be 56 cap ( if we get so far)

The mythic ring will probably have similar stats to rendtail's Dragonstone, But the Rendtail's would still have some extra stats, a bit like Kershal vs Lost Souls... correct me if I am wrong.

Won't matter lol. It will be the same as every other item in this game. Everyone expects an equalizer to better gear but I assure you, as happens everytime, that the same people will have the best gear. A ring that's better than arcane ring will be well out of the price range of anyone not lucky enough to loot it. To be farmable and better than arcane ring, expect it to have the drop rate of shard in elite dragonscale chest. And we thought recipe was tough. :-)

Since ring is +73/43/43 with 170 armor, try and imagine what a better ring would be. It won't decrease the gear gap, it will increase it even further.

I think u cant compare between different weapon type, bow vs bow or staf vs staf, not bow vs dagger or staf vs gun. Because there is only ring vs ring and not ring vs bracelet
