I use Blinky, he's fine. As for Dova - he's not 250-300k.

Seeing blinky's happiness, passive attack and AA i think hes better than dova

I'm actually using silver, I've heard from others he's not good, but I'm doing well with him, haven't used blinky yet

Blinky but it is now higher than your budget. But try to save up and buy a Blinky while its price is still in the lower mid-range 350-400k. Its AA combined with the passive ability is worth atleast a million and not many people are aware yet that during Halloween when sts gave us para gems for more damage they also gave us Blinky to lower an enemy's damage by heaps. I love that AA which makes the enemy deal 40% reduced damage. Para gems bite the dust.
