What I means , Iam Lvl 22. and I cannot wear any Lvl armor. only some lvl10 armor...how is that able?

it depends on your attribution
when you have the choice to put your points in Strength, dexterity, or Intelligence, which one do you choose?
if you dont stay focused on one (strength, dexterity, intelligence) then you may not have the ability to wear that armour, even though you have the level requirement.

If you can't wear certain gear due to an attribute or a level restriction, the gear will have a red background. If you select that item and you see the preview, if your level is too low, the level requirement will be in a red font. If your attributes are too low, the attribute requirement will be in red font.
Basically Red = can't wear the item.

You need a certain amount of Int points to wear Enchantress gears. High level gear requires a lot more Int points.

That is how you might sometimes see Enchantress's wearing str or dex gear. They're simply called hybrids as they choose a class, and wear different gear so that they can play as a unique role.
