Lvl 32 sorcerer 285dmg-looking for a build

Hey people from around the world, call me Andy and yeah I was wondering what's a good and efficient build for my little short sorcerer. And I would like to have some high lvl sorcerer friends for future runs and to help me gear. Build depends what you want to use your character with. You can use it for PVP or PVE.

Heres the PVE build for your level 32 Mage:

Actives:
5 points in Fireball
5 points in Lightning
4 points in Arcane Shield (don't get the one that pushes enemies back when you cast it)
4 points on Clock (don't get exploding at the end)

Passives:
5 points in Knowledge
5 points in Might
4 points in Agility

As you level up and reach level 41, you should have finished the Agility passive off then get the Damage passive. Then what I do with the spare 2 points is to get Gale and the dash foward upgrade to travel around faster.
