Planar tomb questions

Hello
So i am new to planar tomb farming and have a couple of questions
1) Ingot or breeze...i saw breeze in the 700-800k bracket and a lone ingot at 720k. However, it could also be because someone bought all the low price ingots...so if someone could tell me the standard prizes and which i should get with the fragments
2) What can i loot from the tomb chests?( Ive heard one can loot shade and dark crystal gear) Also i saw someone drop an ectoplasm..so what other good random drops can i get?

1. Imo ingots are very hard to sell now, unless you undercur by a lot. I had one sitting on the ah at the lowest price for over a week. Breeze is a great pet and still sought after.
2. Those are pretty much all the drops you can get + the planar weapons (daggers in t1, staffs in t2 and clubs in t3) + the occasional locked crate
