Been hacked.

Hey, my cousin's been hacked. He got on and told me on a different char that he couldn't get into his main. I'm guessing the hacker changed the email and pass shortly after getting in.

I'm not sure exactly how he did it, but I'm wondering if there's any possible way to retrieve it. Maybe change the pass/email to its former ones, so that the owner can acces it and change it? I've rarely heard of a hacking before, so I don't know whether STS can help or not.

He probabaly told someone his email and pass or someone has found out so not much anyone can do

I doubt he legitly got hacked tho
