Wait a day or two. Offices are open monday-friday and on mondays, their list is full of support requests from over the weekend.

It takes a while to convince the pet to go back to its egg.
joking aside,
Support handles many emails each day, and they answer in the order that they receive the emails.
they don't work on weekends.
be patient, they will help you
