What is up with Silver's Cooldown?

It's nearly 40 seconds long? It's not like it's arcane ability is gonna take a boss down to 1/3 of it's HP, so what gives?

Was this an oversight? or did you all intend for us to wait an eternity before we can use it's skill?

Misty has this problem too. Curse is available twice while Misty is still on cooldown (only the first is removed). The CD of both pets should be 25s IMO. That's a nice, fair amount.

I just don't understand the need for the crazy lengthy CD...

Furthermore, why aren't cool down times listed when they announce a new pet?

I wouldn't have opened one of the dumb Silver eggs if I knew that it's skill took this long to recharge. It's friggin useless.
