2x Planar Pendant Recipe + Nekro Drop

The expansion is on the horizon and I am yet to loot the pendant recipe. I feel that the planar pendant will be compulsory for running the new elites in the next expansion.

Also buff the nekro drop rate so somebody actually loots it!

I know a hand full of people that have looted fossil from arena. Very few though. My guild of around ~60 players has looted 2 recipes in 2 days. Recipes are dropping, but i'd love a 2x fossil weekend.
