Hi, im really excited playing PL, is a really amazing game. I have purchased 75 PC's, and unblocked Dungeon Bundle and Balefort Castle. what do you recoment to purchase too?

save the plat and buy the dungeons as you level. Good luck and if you have questions ask!

Welcome to PL! Save that plat until you get a good feel for the game. You don't want to waste it on items or gold that you will burn through in days. Good luck and have fun!

Besides dungeon content, the first things I bought were inventory slots and they are worth it.

Welcome to the game! Feel free to post a question anytime you have one, the great people here on the forums will get you a speedy and complete answer :).
Inventory spots and maybe consignment shop spots. I have 26 spots and I still struggle listing everything I need to.

...welcome... and seeing as u just started, dont wast Plat on vanity items until u are more familiar with the game is my opinion... figure out what u need and what u dont need first.

My first char is Neusaferan (lvl:19), and want to be Pally! Now, im adding just Int, until level 30 to switch str. Im doing it right? is 139/139 a good build?

I would go for pally- minmum str and the rest in int.

Pure mage is the way to go IMO. Been pure all the way. But to each his own....

139/139 is fine, use osiris/isis/thoth booster items, with maybe a zuraz, for the extra point if you can't find a lvl 40 osiris plate.
I was a dual, and switched... really can't say which I like. I'm more a tank person, but I also love ranged attacks....
I'm currently pure right now, simply because having a dual is like having two chars-expensive. With two mains, ugh, I spend too much on gear...
