Equipment advice.

I have decided to make a rouge and probably be my main character. I currently have 900k budget what kind of equipment should i get for my pve rouge to have a decent stats to be able to do elite maps and for what I have gathered blinky is the best pet for rouge pve wise. I need an advice

With that Gold i would buy :

Expedition bow of brutality

Druid(frigid is same) armor set of Potency (or mixed with 1 brutality /more life)
Planar armor set like above ( but i would buy the druid/frigid)

Elondrian ring of clerity

Eerie of brutality
Wild talisman of Potency

Yes dmg is importent but as you know dmg doesnt work if you are dead xD
so i highly recommend to have some brutality equit for more life
