So I entered a town and was greeted with this...

Either a bunch of rogues threw smoke together or there's a bug where the smoke would not dissipate...XD
Although it disappeared after awhile though~

I thought sts had fixed this... as fun as this is, it screws with everyone in town and gives them serious lag.

If you think that this glitch coming back after it had been fixed, then people noticing drop rates going back to old rates etc is a coincidence.... They revert back to old coding without oversight on the fixes.
If you have an observant mind and play their games for a couple years you'll notice this (and be incredibly frustrated by it)
