you will recieve the potency type for rog
force type if you brought via mage

will type if bought via tank

Have not tryed staching mine, think its account and not toon bound, can check later but guessing someone faster since im not logging on atm..

its random what u get.. not that it matter much, its a lepre/xp item imo..

Potency gives good dmg + 3 gem slot thats what im after.

Yeah you get your ring depending which class you buy it. Got one for my level 10 rogues to share and it was potency when I bought it.

No, its not random, if it was - I would rather get the ones from auction.

Lets say if you play as a :

1) ROgue = buy from NPC = potency type
2) mage = buy from NPC = force type
3) warrior = buy from NPC = will type

The procs are a luck for 12s and a 20%XP boost
