Yes it stacks with Abaddon and Elixir and Arlorian band too. You can stack up to 85% extra XP, and 105% during the 12seconds of mythic ring procs.

15% Adventurer's Kit
60% Combo elixir
20% Arlorian Egg-Shelled Band PROC
Double XP events are additive, it means that you add 100% to the total above
