PVE skills for sorc

Hi!

Currently im level 16, and here's my skills
- lightning
- fireball
- time
- shield

Is this skills ok for PVE? Killing mobs and bosses in a shortest possible time? Please suggest another build if possible.

I would also like to try the following set:

Set A:
- Lightning
- Gale
- Time
- Shield

Set B:
- Lightning
- Ice
- Fire
- Shield

Set C:
- Lightning
- Ice
- Clock
- Shield

Set D:
- Lightning
- Ice
- Gale
- Shield
