no, that's about right. 30K spikes will put you out of sight on the maps. I've never recovered from a ping higher than 10K, although I get around 7.5K when my wife txts me through the day.

Sometimes I just ride it out and see how long I can go before I get disconnected. About 120K, or basically half a run.

I myself don't know reason of lag. Many people seem to get it, but unless it's out internet, we can't do anything about it.
