Well the thing its im underage, and i have no credit card , but i do have some money on my paypal account, i sold something on the internet and the muny went straight there, i reapeat , i dont have a credit card but i do have money on paypal , about 15 dollars , is there a way i coud buy some platinum? it seems impossible to me, it keep asking for a credit card , FML hope theres a way! kthxbye

If you have an iphone you can purchase Platinum through the iTunes store, just see if iTunes supports paypal payments.

Or have paypal send you your money and buy a prepaid card or iTunes card.

The problem is that you have not verified your PayPal account. This can be accomplished by one of two ways:
1. Link your account to your bank/credit card
2. Apply for a PayPal card, and get approved(must be over 18)
