Agreed, no need to shoot this thread down in flames but I have a feeling that you'll find people like to know the guild leader before they join the guild.

Pvp clan.. I nvr see u before in pvp... If u beat me i'll join ur clan.. Sorry for the commend.. I mean i onli wan to join A guild or clan where the leader himself is good in pvp.. Kinda useless if the member pawn the leader..

Yea it worth a try.. Pvp is tough.. There is no best players around because if u are good, someone might be beta den you.. There is a chinese sayin: yi shan hai you yi shan gao! (there is always a mountain higher den the other one!) What matter most is teamwork..
