Not with that skill. I think it's just an image glitch

The same logo shouldn't appear twice, even if the skill is stacked. Maybe just it lagged and registered the buff activating before deactivating the previous one? If that makes sense O_o

Its the buff you get when you cross the dead corpse NPC at the beginning of the map (for the quest where you remove the dead bodies?). After you run by him and he gives you the buff you have a blue arua that follows you around.

I think the two drain lifes on your skill map is a little more interesting thou....

I have only noticed it within the past patch or two. Check it out its the NPC before you start killing the trash mobs

Looks like he doesn't have frostbite, and he may just hate gaps in between his skills so he took life drain and put it in two times on the map out to fill the gap.
