Drops given to most dmg dealer in party??

Okay, this might have been brought up before. But in my opinion i thought it would be nice to have drops according to Damage dealt to a boss.
The rarity Maybe lowered a little, but like the person who dealth the most damage has basically a little better chance at drops than the player who does the least damage

its completely random on this. Because birds and elves do soooo much more damgage then a tanking bear. Maybe it just seems like it for you.
