Idk if its just me but it seems like after that last update I havent re-rolled as often and I use lepre+ egg shell ring. Has anyone else had this same problem?

Yes, Same here..... But im pretty sure it wasnt intended to be the way it was before lol :(

I will keep testing the re-roll and find out but seems alot lower.

Lepr+egg work fine for me guys, seems about the same to me compared to before the update.
People tend to overlook the fact that reroll=chance, and there are no definite chances

The ring was actually glitched the entire time until Friday morning's update which added theproc effect. When the ring would proc, it granted 100% luck for 12 seconds (instead of the intended 10% luck). You didn't even need lep to reroll. This is now patched and fixed.

having 15% reroll doesn't mean you'll reroll 15% of the time... it's a like a dice with a face that covers 15% of the surface. It's a bit like obtaining a 6 when rolling a dice. Do you always get 6? Didn't you notice that you get more 6 sometimes, and none some other time? It's same in AL.
15% is true only in a perfect mathematical world:
Sum(rerolls) from 1 to infinite divided by the kills(infinite)=0,15

Even though what dragoon and zylx said is completely valid, but that really isnt the point of this post.
Like ravager said the ring was glitched and instead if providing with 10% luck it provides 100% whenever it proced.
It is unfortunate whoever missed thr chance but it did provide 100% re-roll chances (I tested it myself) and after the update this was mysteriously fixed which in turn lead to this confusion.

I was blocked by the system during that time. Something was messed up with the updated patch. Repaired so we good. Lucky are the guys who farmed it.
