Its a vanity (can buy from the store) I bought for my pvp bear back when I first created it, unfortunately I found better vanities for it so I render it useless.

What looks even better is the 2 year shield, lavaforged armr, and a silver/black color hat of your choice.
Lavaforged armor= blob of plat used for that unless you blow money on game.
