Need Help On Bow Bear Build

Hey people of PL. I need help building a bow bear that I created past night.
So far, I am Lvl 10, with 44 dexterity along with the other basic Warrior stats. What I need help with is:

Spending Stat points
Spending Skill points
What Armor to equip
Combo's

*I'm looking for a PvP build; not a PvE build.*

*I was planing on becoming a Lvl 15 bow bear with a snow launcher.*
PLEASE LEAVE THOUGHTS, SUGGETIONS, TIPS AND MORE!

Try and get a level 10 pink Launcher if you staying at 10 but if you going to 15 get a pink Launcher they are VERY spendy but if you have the money it will reward you greatly.
ALWAYS MAX Rage

If you are going to 15:
Max Rage and really you can put all extra in whatever you want but i suggest spending one in Super Mega Slash and Crushing Blow
The rest is your choice.

i recommend the peppermint shield and the christmas talon. Then get stomp to 5. Killer.

How much do the lvl 15 pink launchers cost? I've got about 200k or so in items, plus 40k cash.

Not sure about the lvl 15 pink launchers cost but I think you would be just able to buy it. And, so much money for a lvl 11!
