Same IP/Broadband connectkom

My lil brother also want to play PL but the prob is we only share one IP.. two sep./two device + PL accts n one internet connection.

Devs will allow it or no? I dnt see any rule thou bout multi account .. I just wnt ro make sure before I allow my lil bro to register his own acct.

It does not matter on the IP only that you both have your own accounts that you do NOT share with one another.

It's not really through an IP address they do checks with, it's through unique device identifiers such as the IMEI, so you should be fine. If they find your account going through tons of devices from all over the world (i.e. sharing your info) then they'll probably do the ban.
