Email nativex/fyber/trialplay saying you weren't credited the plat you are entitled too and they should give you the pending plat

Event was good but I wasn't receiving the plat after doing the trial play offers.

Trialpay SUCKS. I don't think I've ever done an offer and actually received the plat without having to make a big deal about it. Their offers also are fake, and lead you to ads for things or surveys.

Is it really over? Cause in the game it says, that it weren't over. Some of my friends were still opening thinking it is double odds, because they do not read the forums. Pls fix this asap!!!
