TrialPay Not Giving Me My Platinum Please Help!

Hello, Ive done the Earn FREE Gift Cards Online trialpay offer but have not been rewarded my platinum. I have completed all of the steps, which I will list below. The offer gives 280 platinum. Im not sure if Im the only one with this problem but I hope it can be resolved.

1.Create a free registration at swagbucks.com
2.Earn 300 swagbucks on swagbucks.com
You must earn the required swagbucks within 90 days after registering
3.Recieve your credits for completing the offer

I really want to be able to get the platinum from my offer before the new mythic pet (Lemon N Lime) arent purchasable in the stable before. If anyone an tell me where I can go or what I can do about my problem that would be great, Thanks!

The offers are notoriously finicky - they have been for every web-based free game all along. I remember doing countless offers for [unnamed games] in the past, and you only receive credit for maybe 25% of them.

Ya I have so much trouble with all offers.
Trial play - play a game for 2minutes... went and played it for 5 minutes no plat (happened for so many games)
NativeX - Definitely the best for me and my Samsung tablet but sometimes doesn't work which is a pain. Maybe works 70% of the time
Fyber - broken links, when a link does work chances of plat are like 25%

when you're looking at their offers, there is a question mark at the top right of the screen. Tap that, then click 'contact support' next to the offer you're chasing.

I did it recently, and after providing proof, I got my platinum.
