if this item cant be crafted to imbued?

this item worst than another legendary item lv 40..

im done contact support but they already reject to change them to lv 41 version..

I have to agree, the lvl 40 Dark Crystal sets are a major middle finger to any player who is unfortunate enough to loot one.

But how else are they supposed to control the amount of lvl41 sets coming out of those crates?

Heaven forbid the market actually have a supply of them. ._.
