Nothing to do... Only thing that you can do is redo the cyber quest on a different character which would take ages...

You can try and send an e-mail to support[at]spacetimestudios.com replacing "[at]" with "@"
However, I don't think they'll swap helms for you. I made the mistake in taking 2 pieces of cyber rift when I wanted dex, but they said they couldn't/wouldn't swap them out. Sorry to break the news:(

im not sure if u can transfer the cyber items in stash between characters...
BUT if u can, you can ask 4 lvl 50+ characters to run a new made lvl 1 character through the quest with you and then u chose the item u want and and transfer it... but this i think is a slim chance both in transfering and running through the quest...

1) All items are stashable except little luck and little love vanity helms, I believe.
2) You must be level 50 to take on the cyber quests.

Cyber isn't that great anyway. You can buy Void, sunblessed or maybe even sentinel at CS. They're all better than cyber.

Correct void and sentinel are better than cyber or you can use a new character and make that character wear the rift cyber helm.
