first i'm not so familiar with warrior type. but when i was re-spec it i found that and it seemed pretty weird and not logic.

how come the skill range is 8 meter and the increase ranged upgrade it to 8 meter :)

Because u have that skill upgrade unlocked....
Don't get that skill and you will see the true range of the heal. (I have no idea what it is c:)

Its gives it another 8m range, use heal without the upgrade and you will see. You have to stand on top of the party without that upgrade haha
