Pvp level ranges

I'm going to make a twink or a really good pvp character but what level should I be??? What are the ranges like 1-9 10-19 etc etc please help

ok lvl ranges for pvp is within 5 lvls of the creator. so if your lvl 20 and make a game lvls 15-25 can join. if ur 10 then 5-15 can join and so on.

and as far as levels for a twink I've seen alot of 10s 15s 20s 25s 30s & 35s..

Essentially, you can have people 10 levels apart in a PVP game.

Say a lvl 20 hosts a game. Well anyone 5 levels higher or lower than 20 can join, making it a lvl 15-25 game.
