Level 15 dex bear???

Ok so im making a twink dex bear and I have some questions 1.) should I go all dex or some strength?? 2.) gun... Or talon and wing shield?? 3.) what's the best armour for a level 15 dex bear?? ( I was thinking the one you can craft in forest haven) 4.) what's the best gun for level 15?? And is a level 15 or level 10 dex bear better?? Thank you to anyone that replies

How should the stat points be allocated?
I initially loaded my stats str heavy. I thought that made since for tanking. I guess dex is better for dmg. I am very familiar with wow stats but as far as PL goes, I am still learning .... A little explanation is greatly appreciated

i think the best gear is. lvl 15 artisian leather or lvl 5 armsan plate. then use a forest xbow. imo

How about stats and skills? Is it better to go pure dex or part dex part str...?

My personal preference is to have some str. If you can, farm yourself a JT platinum talon, and a conqs iron rock shield. Use them dual, and wear a sniper/JT lv 10 helm, and an artisan leather. You can also switch to a launcher when wanting to use a bow. I prefer artisan, for the armor. The 8 hit is very helpful. As for the best "Gun" it'd be snowball launcher, if you want some range to kite, buy a lv 15 auto crossbow, however you won't get the freeze proc for the ice shatter combo.

Can you get those items for a lvl 15? What boss drops those?

Lvl 15 bear is all about damage output. If anyone can prove me wrong, I haven't PVP'd you yet. No need for ANY str. Get yourself an expert leather.

Oops... i put two points into STR...
