Best Enchantress Combo?

I actually have two questions on this one:

Will a Bowmage beat a regular mage?

Will A Bowmage beat a real archer?

Regular - certainly if for nothing else than the armor increase, especially if pure mage is 100% int spec'd.

Real archer - don't know, can't stand leveling a bird.
