So I'm just talking to people in Forest Haven and this DreamGaurdian person just randomly PMs me and asks for my weapon. I have another copy of it and I asked if she wanted to buy it but she said no, for free. I told her no way and to stop bothering me but she kept annoying me.

No, unfortunately if they're not saying offensive things or scamming, there's no rule against being annoying. Just add them to your ignore list. :)

Alright thanks for the input, I'll remember that whenever a foamed or beggar comes along and try to tell the difference. Anyways would anyone mind telling me if players can delete threads or only Mods?

To be honest, your being just offensive as he is by saying "Hell no"...
he might have said "wtf" but that was because you provoked him, and i'm quiet sure this wasn't against the rules
unless you or someone else was offended, or he said this on purpose to offend you. Which, i don't think it did.
Also there wouldn't be a filter chat button if cursing was not suppose to be there.
You can cuss occasionally, i even do it, but only when things don't work out. but cussing at people is a little unacceptable.
I think you should just dismiss it as a mis-understanding and leave it be.
