this is my guitar cover to Buckethead's "I Love My Parents." my timing is slightly off (not noticable really) and no mistakes.

next is a HEAVILY improvised cover of Eruption by Van Halen. i dont know the song that well besides what i remembered trying to learn it a few years back lol. toward the tapping outro my wrists were hurting pretty bad so i messed up a lot and my timing was bad. sorry!

if you like eddie van halen ...red go listen to ozzie osbourne's old stuff with randy rhoads he was a blazer too an george lynch damn he was a beast ....i dont play but my younger brother been playing since he was 9 he's like 38 now but still playing

Wayyy ahead of ya. I live off of Ozzie. Huge fan of Randy (crazy train was the first solo I ever learned) I can play a lot of his stuff. And lol @ersana

Excellent job on eruption! Aren't fretboard taps fun? :D

Id post some videos of me and my buddies covering some stuff ( I play guitar, drums, and some keyboard), but my laptop, with everything on it, died :( harddrive is still good, i just don't have another computer to throw it in.

I know this thread is a little old, but I just saw it. Nice guitar work Max. I can't finger pick for my life, except the rhythm in animal behavior by BH.

Haha thanks :p I didn't learn finger picking till after I was able to do eruption lol. Chords, arpeggios, anything that wasn't fast I didn't wanna deal with it. What got me into it was while I was learning nothing else matters by metallica. After learning that song along with the unforgiven, I learned to finger pic and chord formations
