Probably going to be disagreed with and everything, but here goes:

Short version: .5 seconds for the CD seems a bit lengthy, I'm hoping for .2, or shorter. It'll stop the multi-touch people, and at the same time hardly effect us. Think of it, 6 seconds to lay out all your skills. And buffs/debuffs, 6 of them for mage, you'll spend half you time doing those.

Oh well, I doubt this'll do anything, just wanted to put my view out there.

I think it'll be a fair duration. Devs said they've tested it and it seems much better, not multitouch fast but not dead slow either, at least that's what I understood.

I also think it might not apply to buffs, since there's really nothing wrong with buffing up simultaneously.

Buffing was one of the main things that got me... we shall see. :s

I am mainly in this kinda for pvp... not really pve, for archers are ganna take a very heavy blow already, but it will still improve personal preference i guess.
