Panda face?

Hi guys. Im new and noticing peoples toons have different faces. Like some warriors have panda faces? And some elves have purple faces with marks? Im guessing this is done with platinum? Or do i have to do a quest first? Im sorry if the answers really simple eekkk ive been looking everywhere.

Just look for a big mirror called "Magic Mirror".

Click on it and you'll see the available faces for your character.

There are different faces for each class. Faces for bird, mage, and bear :)

Mirrors are located in every towne. In Forest Haven, its located next to the magic portal.
