mysterious ghost in gold mine!what the heck is this?

hey guys
Today while helping a friend in backendridge gold mine I found a mysterious thing that died by 2 attacksbut when it died its ghost appeared
I have never seen or headed of this thing before
Pls tell me about this I have attached the images :)

Second one didn't come but it had nothing just that died thing stand I ng never heard of thjis

It's an NPC who's part a questline you can do early in the game :) Go to the statue in Windemoore I think to start it.

yes part of quest, u need to find second ghost at undrground place in the same map.
