How to:
1.) Click World Map
2.) Click Join Game
3.) Check Towne On Top Right

Try tuning to UHF, then you will some crazy town channels.

It's not a channel... they are different towns... game does not equal tv...

this is how you find devs when they are in a town. you go to the find game page, and try the one with most people

Use JOIN GAME, Vallist. All "games" in PL are games you can join, including towns.
JOIN GAMEs shows only games you can join. In dungeons, that's games of under 5 people. For towns, that's games under 25 people.
Notice in Mystical's pix above the Game Type selector. You join towns the same way you join dungeon games.

Btw, they are called "instances", not channels :)

If a game is full then you will be placed in an open town or the game will create a new one. That's all you need to know...

I believe the term is "Server", but channels or instances works as well.;)

I remember awhile back the devs (pretty sure it was asommers) confirmed that yes there's several of each town on different servers.

There is only one server... Alterra. There use to be two. Fnord and Alterra. Now just the one with tons of instances... I think that's how that works.
