How is it achieved, and what are it's effects?
EDIT: My party had 1 bird, one bear and 3 mages.
It was achieved in BS in Bandit Boyz Stronghold or Hideout....
Idk :D. Run into a mob and find out :D

Lolz, I did.
Again and again. With the same party.
I have a feeling it just reduces armor greatly.

I think it's just a more powerful version of shatter.
Maybe Super Freeze+Stomp? That's my theory.

all i know is that i have had it happen TO me... while i sit there looking at the lagging damage numbers over me, i notice some things, like healed, and fractured... maybe it is some sort of advanced armor break, considering that is one of the possible debuffs from mobs in the hideout?
