Global cooldowns means rotation of skills now? hehehe and balancing of parties. :D

GCD means you can't use any skill for .5 seconds after you have used one of your skills that means no skill spamming.

Yeah I understand what GCD means.
Is it only for your skills? Or the entire party? (For example, Two mages cannot cast at the same time any spell)
I hope it is only for your skills to prevent "button-mashing" hehehe!
I mentioned rotation in the case that the GCD is actually "Global", meaning everyone is affected. So only one person can
cast a skill every 0.5 seconds, hence the "rotation" of skills.

As for the CD, it affects each persons skills individually.

It's certainly added a new level of challenge. Can't say I 100% like it, but the irrational hatred I've been hearing is quite ridiculous.
