Honestly, I hope Arcane Deary is just a Mythic Quality Arcane that we can obtain through a 7.5/10 Difficulty questline so people who don't pop locks can get the AP and banner.
Just a perspective on my difficulty rating:
Mythic Armor: 5/10
Mythic Pendant: 1337/10
Where 1337 is the average amount of runs before you decided to rage quit.

Indeed. Planar pendant is soo hard to get zzz
