level 17 mythic ring (war)

is level17 mythic ring for warrior is a good ring? or still stick for ornate/magical..legendary ring?
mythic ring basic stats is a little bit low from ornate. but im confuse the proc. of the ring. (dealing damage) and how many sec. activate the proc. is it really effective in ctf/tdm?

The new mythic ring is quite useless for PVP. The proc is completely useless for PVP because you don't need any luck in PVP do you? XD. Only the rogue version which is the potency ring is useful. Mythic ring Warrior and Mage does not give any damage boosts and only gives stat boosts. The stat boosts of the mythic ring is similar to the legendary rings except legendary rings have damage bonus. The only reason I can see for why people use these rings is for the extra gem socket.
