For my rogue questions
1. Is 10 DMG worth over 100 health?
2. Should I use pot or Brut gear?(wat stats)
3. Which amulet eerie Brut / eerie pot / fang(wat stats)
For my mage questions
1. Brut or assault?
2. Lunar or tarlok?
3. Glacial or tarlok(str and int type)?

For mages, it depends on STR gears vs Brutality gears. If you're using a 250 INT stats build, then use Brutality gears with 2 assault gears. Like an assault ring (maybe a 2grand INT + para?) or an elon ring, prolly a frost bitten ring maybe...
Rogues?
Same combination as a mage, but different. Potency sets tend to give some mana and DMG. Potency = Mana + DMG type + some HP gain. Brutality = HP + DMG (depends on yur set). I usually take in a brutality set if i have an excess on para gems. Just to ensure my HP vs DMG is stable.
Eerie brut seems good, I guess eerie pot is good as well.
Remember this -> 1 DMG > 100 HP
