Is there an app that lets you download music files straight from your inbox from emails? I kinda can't use my PC to put a music file into my iPad cuz PC broke
So is any similar app out there?

Downloads. Later on whenever you do connect your iOS device to iTunes, you can move the songs (it stays within the app where they can be played back.) I believe in supporting artists, so I only use this when I'm absolutely broke and want a song lol :(
