Do you play PL for the game? Or the people?

Just thought I'd ask. I was thinking, and PL is a great game, but I really play for the people. I've made some awesome friends on here, and that's why I stay. Just curious if everyones on the same boat with me, and whatnot. I realize that's the point of an MMO, so you can play with others. But would you play PL if it wasn't an MMO? If there weren't people/friends in it? If so, would you play less?

Personally, I don't think I'd play it nearly at all (no offense to the devs, it's an awesome game). The game is great, but the friends are what makes it fun and keeps it going:D

Started out with game, then 50/50 game/people, then now its mostly on people. Any additional game content is just incentive for me to play more :)

since lesrider almost quitted most time for game only, but in this long time of playing i know so many ppl and have fun with em! just random who i meet in game! ;)

I have 3 awesome friends like Corpser is one of them and there was 1 where I started off he gave me heaps of items to help me lvl up. :) And Corpser is the one who helps me play through dungeons etc... The other one just helps me farm... :)

Since I'm banned on PL, I can still talk to 3 of my friends but its just that 1 hardly ever goes on... probably thats why he needs to work a lot... in a pizza shop...

I play mainly for the people. The game is fun but very repetitive when you are not playing with people you know and when i play with friends it always make the experience new and exciting.

Im with lady love for both... After playing other games that where far from the quality of pl and staying with them for the social aspect. i began pl for the game, I have enjoyed making friends daily on this game. The devs active participation is impressive, keeping a gaming experience for all age groups. Prior games i have been involved with have often times needed to be rated x and the highest score on profanity. Not to mention zero dv involvment, brining forth some very serious real life involving issues for some players. The other games for forums used just palingro, and where filled with genuine hacking, inclusive of taking over accounts, not just in game but in palingro. Due to this I actualy experienced a gaming stocker who infact was finaly incarserated.

So when peeps complain about a lack of response in pl I know how wrong they are devs are very active in this game, I say that with thanks.

So I play for the game and for the people :)

I love the game but it is more fun playing with people you know.....have some great buddies on here.....with the limited amount of time I have to play, I haven't made serious friends irl on here, but I have friends on here I would do anything for ingame.......so 50/50

I play the game most of the time to just hang out in balefort showing off shield / pumpkin / scimmy look lol. So darn annoying to level or farm, frankly if b* is just slightly different from PL in temlrms of the grinding needed, then I'm jumping on

It's not for lack of trying. I really have no game to play right now, as DD got stale and I beat SO. But every time I play PL, even with friends, I get sick of it after 5-10 min and end up either standing in BF chatting or logging off completely.
