Not leveling up

Hi

I've been stuck on level 39 for absolutely ages. I haven't gained any XP in weeks.

I've confirmed my email and made sure the 'disable xp' option isn't ticked.

Any ideas?

Where are you fighting?

There are level caps for each campaign, indicated by the colour of the circle by the mobs name.

Gray means its giving you no XP at all, anything before gray does give you xp.

By 39 you should probably start leveling in AO3 :)

Go for ao2. Plasma pyramid is great for xp and is a total gold mine.

then its clear why... frozen nightmares gives XP until lvl 33.
when u saying ur lvl 39 u probably played yet Alien Oasis. Just continue there.

Thanks - I have done some of Alien Oasis. Didn't realise frozen nightmares wouldn't give me xp - doh! Oh well - only 35 snowballs to go so I might as well finish!

hehe, frozen nightmare is the elite dungeon of lost expedition, its harder to play than in Alien Oasis ;) But its made for lvl 30 so u dont get XP.

I never finished those nightmare quests... Im not patient. I also didn't finish ANY of the cyber quests. I currently have like 90 totems for the helm.

Thats why, as Ricci said, the cap for LE/FN is 33. At 39, you're ready to hit up AO2. To see the recommended levels for each zone, either check the world map, or the host screen.

I think this thread shows that the faint yellow throbbing exclamation in the middle of the screen isn't quite obvious enough. Maybe a dialog to confirm when entering an area where you don't get xp? I know earlier on in the game I missed it sometimes -- despite the quests and in game help that talk about it (the "how do I get over level 13" help text somewhere in game ... FH, I think).

I'm having problems leveling, started playing last week, for the last 3 days I've been stuck on lvl 13 with 125 of 303 XP. Not sure what the problem is, am I maxed out? Do I have to buy dungeons to continue leveling?

Yes you do. You should buy em anyway because they are awesome! But did you check if your xp is disabled. If you dont no how. Go to options, click next and find it. It is on the bottom right i believe.

Edit: Also confirm you Email adress to get Ursan Weild/Dark Forest. That may help you level from 10 or 13 - 15-18.

There is a sign in lower middle of screen ... A square with exclamation inside ... That when tapped on tells that no xp is gained in this map!
Actually this sign/button is annoying because it is close to the map outline button on my android phone ... So I often hit the "no xp gain" button displaying text over the playing area, when I am trying to hit the map outline button ....

I would like to be able to turn that "no xp gain" button off, just like is possible with the emote button at left below co-players names and the store button in bottom at middle of screen.

More on buttons ... I sometimes accidentally hit the book sign at top right, turning of most of the skills buttons, i.e. only 4 right buttons stay visible; as I normally use all skills (if not I would not have mapped them), I would rather be without the show only 4 skills option or at least be able to switch the option on/off like the emote and store buttons, when not using them!
