Did GCD take effect already?

I noticed that there was a delay between skills now. Lag or gcd?

Shouldn't be. It was submitted last sat, and since then i haven't had a patch update yet, so it's not yet approved by apple. Could be 1 or 2 weeks before it's approved.

I haven't noticed anything dif on my end. I can't wait for the new patch. I'm actually excited for GCD.

lately my skills havent been regsitering in pvp, as in when i tap them, nothing happens. quite frustrating really. alot of people ive been playing with also seem to have noticed this. but no, i dont think its related to the global cooldown.
