Level 10 dex craftable helm glitch

I looted the level 10 dex archery helm in forest haven. However, the recipe says that its a level 5 item but when you go to craft it the item is a level 10. The item description just doesn't match what it is you are actually crafting.

Someone else may have pointed this out. If so, sorry.

There was a similar bug on a recipe when crafting came out so maybe its the same bug on another item. All they did was change the description but the item level was correct.
