Razor shield doesnt work as described

While a charged Razor Shield is active, your attaks have a 25% chance to case the target to bleed for 5 sec.

None of my attacks(normal or skills) can case target bleed due to charged razor shield.
The only thing that does add bleed is Razor shield itself.

Only the razor shield will add the bleed effect, not other attacks. Sts just didn't word it properly.
